There’s a storm a brewing

What can anyone do in a situation where the overall manager is really the cause of an entire workforces negative attitude? I work in a lovely place – with some wonderfull people- but wether you are senior or junior- or been a member of staff from the beginning or new to the place- one person has the ability to pull everyone down into a quagmire of despair. It is not all the time- but it is often- and now every one is so wary- this person carries this negativity and offloads it on anyone around them. Even I find it difficult sometimes and I meditate daily and build myself a protective bubble with a reflective surface. Some of the staff are voting with their feet and in 1 week 4 staff of the 30 have handed in their notice- causing temporary great hardship for those left behind. Where it will all end I have no idea- and I only wish I had enough positive energy for everyone else to help them all thru when they need it. Brightest Blessings.
